Hi Everyone, October Photography NewsletterIt’s been a busy and exciting month. I taught several workshops here in Washington, DC, and made major progress on my memoir — now 275 pages written and entering the editing stage. We also took a wonderful photography trip through New England. We flew into Portland, Maine, drove up to Acadia National Park, then continued through the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Stowe and Woodstock, Vermont, and ended in the Hudson Valley of New York. The fall foliage this year was absolutely stunning, and we had incredible light and color throughout the trip. You can find links to all my recent travel photography blogs below. This afternoon, I’m heading to London for a week, then on to Germany, and possibly a few spontaneous stops along the way. On this trip, I’m doing something a little different — I’m only bringing my Leica with a fixed 28mm lens to challenge myself to see and compose differently. More soon from across the Atlantic. I am grateful for the journey so far, and 2025 already feels like it will be a meaningful year. Thank you, as always, for being part of it. Vito
